What this policy covers
This policy covers the ASMR Forever website and the creator’s private ASMR Forever publishing application. The website introduces the channel; the application prepares and manages the creator’s own uploads and release workflow.
The publishing tool is used by the channel owner. This website does not offer public registration or ask visitors to connect their Google accounts. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].
Visiting the website
Cloudflare hosts the website and handles connection information such as IP addresses, browser details, and requested URLs to deliver pages and provide security. Its hosting and security services may use essential technical cookies. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
This version of the site contains no advertising, analytics scripts, contact forms, embedded videos, or visitor account system. Channel links open the relevant platform; that platform’s own privacy practices then apply. If you email us, your message and reply address are used to respond to your request.
Google & YouTube data
The private publishing application uses YouTube API Services. Google handles sign-in and permission consent. With the channel owner’s authorization, the tool uses channel identifiers and profile details, video identifiers and metadata, upload/processing/visibility status, captions, thumbnails, playlists, and playlist membership. It also holds the authorization tokens needed to perform the permitted operations.
If the owner connects Google Calendar, selected publishing-calendar identifiers and release events are used for the calendar view. The permission granted determines which Google services the application can access.
These records support uploading, channel organization, release planning, verification, and recovery of interrupted operations. The website does not receive these credentials. The local publishing tool protects its saved YouTube refresh credential using the owner’s Windows account.
Use & sharing
Google account data is used for the publishing features described here and the owner’s granted permissions. It is not sold, used for targeted advertising, or used by this application to train AI models. The application’s use of Google data is limited by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Google and YouTube receive the requests and media needed to provide their services. For configured social delivery, selected creator-provided media and public video links may also be sent to Buffer and Cloudinary. These publishing assets are separate from the protected Google authorization credential.
Local account records and operation journals are used by the creator to check delivery and avoid duplicate uploads. Google’s own handling of information is explained in the Google Privacy Policy.
Your controls & deletion
To revoke the publishing application’s Google access, open Google’s connected-app security settings and remove ASMR Forever. Revocation prevents new authorized access; it does not itself delete videos already stored on YouTube.
To request deletion of locally stored account/API data, email [email protected]. The creator handles requests manually, as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. Deleting a local record does not delete content from YouTube; manage that content in YouTube Studio.
Authorized API data is retained only as needed and subject to YouTube’s applicable refresh and deletion requirements. Data associated with revoked access must be removed within those requirements. Creator-authored recordings and production assets are distinct from Google account/API records.
Updates & contact
This policy will be updated if the website or publishing application changes how it handles information. The date above identifies this version. Contact the creator at [email protected] with a privacy question, correction, or deletion request.
